ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2790

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ " مَنْ يُرِدْ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهُّ فِي الدِّينِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When Allah intends good for someone, He grants him understanding of the religion."
