ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2785

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْفٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ بِلَالَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيَّ مَعَادِنَ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ : جَلْسِيَّهَا وَغَوْرِيَّهَا ، وَحَيْثُ يَصْلُحُ الزَّرْعُ مِنْ قُدْسٍ ، وَلَمْ يُعْطِهِ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَكَتَبَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ ، هَذَا مَا أَعْطَى مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَالَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ الْمُزَنِيَّ ، أَعْطَاهُ مَعَادِنَ الْقَبَلِيَّةِ : جَلْسِيَّهَا وَغَوْرِيَّهَا ، وَحَيْثُ يَصْلُحُ الزَّرْعُ مِنْ قُدْسٍ ، وَلَمْ يُعْطِهِ حَقَّ مُسْلِمٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Awf Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted Sayyiduna Bilal bin Harith Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) the upper and lower mines of the village named Qabliya and the cultivable land of the mountain named Quds as a fief, and this was not the right of any Muslim that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had given to him, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had this document written for him, in which, after "In the name of Allah," it was written: "This document which Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), has written for Bilal bin Harith Muzani is proof that he has given Bilal the upper and lower mines of the village named Qabliya and the cultivable land of the mountain named Quds as a fief, and he has not given him the right of any Muslim (by usurping it)."
