ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2755

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِجُبْنَةٍ فِي غَزَاةٍ ، فَقَالَ : " أَيْنَ صُنِعَتْ هَذِهِ ؟ " , فَقَالُوا : بِفَارِسَ ، وَنَحْنُ نُرَى أَنَّهُ يُجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَيْتَةً , فَقَالَ : " اطْعَنُوا فِيهَا بِالسِّكِّينِ ، وَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ وَكُلُوا " , ذَكَرَهُ شَرِيكٌ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ، فَزَادَ فِيهِ : فَجَعَلُوا يَضْرِبُونَهَا بِالْعِصِيِّ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that cheese was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from somewhere. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Where has this been prepared from?" The people replied: "From Persia, and we think that carrion might have been mixed in it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Move it with a knife and eat it after saying Bismillah."
