(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ . وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ : إِنَّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَانُوا لَا يُفِيضُونَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ حَتَّى تُشْرِقَ الشَّمْسُ عَلَى ثَبِيرٍ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : وَكَانُوا يَقُولُونَ : أَشْرِقْ ثَبِيرُ كَيْمَا نُغِيرُ يَعْنِي ، فَخَالَفَهُمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " فَدَفَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ " .
Amr bin Maymoon says that on one occasion, Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the polytheists would not return from Muzdalifah before sunrise, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not follow their way and departed from Muzdalifah towards Mina before sunrise.
