Hadith 27418

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ , عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , عَنْ سَوْدَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَتْ : " مَاتَتْ شَاةٌ لَنَا , فَدَبَغْنَا مَسْكَهَا , فَمَا زِلْنَا نَنْبِذُ بِهِ حَتَّى صَارَ شَنًّا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Saudah (may Allah be pleased with her) that one of our goats died, so we tanned its skin and continued to make nabidh in it until it became old and dried up.
