وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ أُخْتِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَاAnd from the hadith of Fatimah bint Qays, the sister of al-Dahhak ibn Qays (may Allah be pleased with her)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ , عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي السَّبِيعِيَّ , عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ , عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ , قَالَتْ : طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا , فَأَرَدْتُ النُّقْلَةَ , فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَقَالَ : " انْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ عَمْرِو ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ , فَاعْتَدِّي عِنْدَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) that my husband sent me a message of three divorces. I went to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned the whole incident. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go and spend your waiting period ('iddah) in the house of your paternal cousin Ibn Umm Maktum."
