Hadith 26980

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ , أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، لَيْسَ لِي إِلَّا مَا أَدْخَلَ عَلَيَّ الزُّبَيْرُ ، أَفَأَرْضَخُ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ : " ارْضَخِي ، وَلَا تُوعِي ، فَيُوعِيَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Asma that once I said to the Prophet (peace be upon him) that I have nothing to give in charity except what Zubair brings home. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Spend and do not count, lest it be counted for you as well.
