Hadith 26914

حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ ، مِثْلَهُ , وَقَالَ : وَهِيَ مُشْرِكَةٌ فِي عَهْدِ قُرَيْشٍ وَمُدَّتِهِمْ إِذْ عَاهَدُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Yunus narrated to us, he said: Layth, meaning Ibn Sa'd, narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, from Asma', the like of it, and he said: And she was a polytheist during the treaty of Quraysh and its term, when they made a treaty with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
