حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ ، قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَيْسَ لِي إِلَّا مَا أَدْخَلَ الزُّبَيْرُ بَيْتِي ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْفِقِي ، وَلَا تُوكِي ، فَيُوكَى عَلَيْكِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Asma that once I said to the Prophet (peace be upon him) that I have nothing to give in charity except what Zubair brings home. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Spend and do not count, lest it be counted for you as well.
