حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ هَارُونَ ابْنِ بِنْتِ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ أَوْ ابْنِ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , شَرِبَ شَرَابًا ، فَنَاوَلَهَا لِتَشْرَبَ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي صَائِمَةٌ ، وَلَكِنْ كَرِهْتُ أَنْ أَرُدَّ سُؤْرَكَ ، فَقَالَ : يَعْنِي " إِنْ كَانَ قَضَاءً مِنْ رَمَضَانَ ، فَاقْضِي يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ تَطَوُّعًا ، فَإِنْ شِئْتِ فَاقْضِي ، وَإِنْ شِئْتِ فَلَا تَقْضِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Hani that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by me, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have become old and weak. Please tell me an action that I can do while sitting?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Say 'Subhan Allah' one hundred times; it is equal to freeing one hundred slaves from among the descendants of Ismail. Say 'Alhamdulillah' one hundred times; it is equal to equipping one hundred horses with saddles and reins for the Mujahideen in the way of Allah. Say 'Allahu Akbar' one hundred times; it is equal to sacrificing one hundred camels with collars that have been accepted. And say 'La ilaha illallah' one hundred times; it fills the space between the earth and the sky, and no deed on that day can surpass it except one who does the same as you have done."
