حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ , وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ بُدَيَّةَ مَوْلَاةِ مَيْمُونَةَ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ : " يُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهَا إِزَارٌ يَبْلُغُ أَنْصَافَ الْفَخِذَيْنِ أَوْ الرُّكْبَتَيْنِ مُحْتَجِزَةً بِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Maymunah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to sleep with his wives even when they were menstruating, and there was nothing between them except the cloth that covered from above the knees.
