حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَلَّى وَعَلَيْهِ مِرْطٌ لِبَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ ، وَعَلَيْهَا بَعْضُهُ " , قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : أُرَاهُ قَالَ : حَائِضٍ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Maymunah that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) performed prayer, and a part of the cloak of one of the noble wives was on the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the other part was on the noble wife.
