حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ , وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهَا ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ مُخَنَّثٌ لَأَخِيهَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ : إِنْ فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ الطَّائِفَ غَدًا ، دَلَلْتُكَ عَلَى بِنْتِ غَيْلَانَ ، فَإِنَّهَا تُقْبِلُ بِأَرْبَعٍ ، وَتُدْبِرُ بِثَمَانٍ ، فَسَمِعَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : " أَخْرِجُوا هَؤُلَاءِ مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ ، فَلَا يَدْخُلُوا عَلَيْكُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her house, and there was a mukhannath (effeminate man) present there, as well as Abdullah bin Abi Umayyah, who was the brother of Hazrat Umm Salamah. That eunuch was saying to Abdullah, "O Abdullah bin Abi Umayyah, if tomorrow Allah grants you victory over Taif, then you must obtain the daughter of Ghailan, for she comes with four and returns with eight." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard this statement of his and said to Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), "From now on, he should not enter your house."
