حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ ، قال : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ : " يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا ، ثُمَّ يَصُومُ يَوْمَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would be in a state of janabah at the time of morning in the month of Ramadan, then he would perform ghusl and complete the fast for the rest of the day.
