Hadith 26634

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ , تَقُولُ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَنْ كُلِّ مُسْكِرٍ وَمُفْتِرٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade every intoxicating substance and everything that causes disturbance to the mind.
