It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a person asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! I shaved my head before offering the sacrifice? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) indicated with his hand and said, "There is no harm." Then another man said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! I offered the sacrifice before stoning? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) indicated with his hand and said, "There is no harm." On that day, regarding whatever was asked from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about doing things earlier or later, he indicated with his hand and said, "There is no harm."
