حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنَ شَوْكَةٌ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا إِلَّا قَصَّ اللَّهُ بِهَا عَنْهُ خَطِيئَةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whenever a Muslim is afflicted with a thorn prick or any hardship even less than that, his sins are forgiven in exchange for it.
