ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2617

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ الْأَسْلَمِيَّ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاعْتَرَفَ بِالزِّنَا ، فَقَالَ : " لَعَلَّكَ قَبَّلْتَ ، أَوْ غَمَزْتَ ، أَوْ نَظَرْتَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when Sayyiduna Ma'iz bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to confess his crime, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Perhaps you kissed her, or touched her, or only looked at her."
