حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ حَاضَتْ قَبْلَ النَّفْرِ , فَسَأَلَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَقَالَ : " كُنْتِ طُفْتِ طَوَافَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ ؟ " قَالَتْ : نَعَمْ , فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَنْفِرَ , فَنَفَرَتْ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that before departing, Hazrat Safiyyah's "days" (menstruation) began. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Will you keep us from departing?" "Did you not perform the Tawaf al-Ziyarah on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah?" She replied, "Why not?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Then there is no harm, now you may depart."
