حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلَدِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ , عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ , عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ مَاءٍ فِي بِئْرٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No one should be prevented from using water that is in excess of need or water remaining in a well.
