Hadith 26135

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ , عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيُرَبِّي لِأَحَدِكُمْ التَّمْرَةَ وَاللُّقْمَةَ كَمَا يُرَبِّي أَحَدُكُمْ فَلُوَّهُ أَوْ فَصِيلَهُ , حَتَّى يَكُونَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ " .
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty nurtures your one date and morsel just as one of you nurtures his baby goat, until it becomes as great as the mountain of Uhud.
