It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A person in the state of Ihram may kill these things: a scorpion, a mouse, a kite, a rabid dog, and a crow. Once, while in the state of Ihram, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was stung by a scorpion, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered it to be killed.
