حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ , حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، وَجَدْتُ فِي مَوْضِعٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , وَمَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ , عَنْ عَمْرَةَ , كِلَاهُمَا قَالَهُ عُثْمَانُ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحَرَ عَنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ بَقَرَةً فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ " .
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) offered a sacrifice of a cow on behalf of his noble wives.
