حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ , قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَوْ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا سُقْتُ الْهَدْيَ , وَلَأَحْلَلْتُ مَعَ الَّذِينَ حَلُّوا مِنَ الْعُمْرَةِ " .
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If I had known earlier what I came to know later regarding this matter, I would never have brought the sacrificial animal with me, and I would have ended my state of Ihram along with those people who ended their Ihram after performing Umrah.
