Bananah says that once she was present in the service of Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) when a girl came there who had anklets with bells on her feet, and the sound of the bells was coming. Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Do not bring this girl to me unless you remove her anklets with bells. So this was done. Bananah asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about this, and she replied: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that angels do not enter a house in which there are bells, and angels do not accompany a caravan in which there are bells.
