ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2604

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوَْمَةِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الصَّلَاةِ ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَلِّلْ أَصَابِعَ يَدَيْكَ وَرِجْلَيْكَ ، يَعْنِي إِسْبَاغَ الْوُضُوءِ " , وَكَانَ فِيمَا قَالَ لَهُ : " إِذَا رَكَعْتَ ، فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْكَ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ ، وَقَالَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ مَرَّةً : حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّا ، وَإِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَأَمْكِنْ جَبْهَتَكَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ، حَتَّى تَجِدَ حَجْمَ الْأَرْضِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about a matter concerning prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Clean between the fingers of your hands and feet," meaning he instructed him regarding the completeness of ablution. Among these instructions, he also said: "When you bow (in ruku‘), place your palms on your knees until you are at ease in ruku‘, and when you prostrate (in sujud), press your forehead to the ground until you begin to feel the ground’s texture."
