حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ , عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ : " لَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ النَّفْرِ , قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , يَرْجِعُونَ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجَّةٍ وَأَرْجِعُ بِحَجَّةٍ ؟ فَبَعَثَ مَعِي أَخِي , فَاعْتَمَرْتُ , فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُصْعِدًا مُدْلِجًا عَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ , وَأَنَا مُدْلِجَةٌ عَلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when we had performed the rites of Hajj and reached the place of Hasba to depart, I said, "O Messenger of Allah! Will your companions return with both Hajj and Umrah, while I return with only Hajj?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent my brother with me, and I performed Umrah. Then I met the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at night while he was ascending the upper part of Makkah and I was descending.
