Hadith 25942

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا مُعْتَرِضَةٌ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ عَلَى الْفِرَاشِ الَّذِي يَرْقُدُ عَلَيْهِ هُوَ وَأَهْلُهُ , فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ , أَيْقَظَنِي , فَأَوْتَرْتُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray at night, I would be lying between him and the Qiblah, and when he wanted to pray Witr, he would wake me up as well, and I would also pray Witr.
