حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ , حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ , عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , وَحَدَّثَنَاُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , قَالَ : بَلَغَهَا أَنَّ نَاسًا يَقُولُونَ : يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ , فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : " عَدَلْتُمُونَا بِالْكِلَابِ وَالْحَمِيرِ ! لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي مُقَابِلَ السَّرِيرِ , وَأَنَا عَلَيْهِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ , فَتَكُونُ لِي الْحَاجَةُ , فَأَنْسَلُّ مِنْ قِبَلِ رِجْلِ السَّرِيرِ , كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَهُ " . .
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) once learned that some people say that a dog, a donkey, and a woman passing in front of a praying person break his prayer. She said, "I think these people have equated us with dogs and donkeys. Sometimes the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray at night, and I would be lying between him and the Qiblah like a bier. If I needed something, I would slip away towards the foot of the bed, because I did not like to pass in front of him." The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
