حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَسَّانَ , عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ , عَنْ دِقْرَةَ , قَالَتْ : كُنْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَ عَائِشَةَ فِي نِسْوَةٍ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ , فَرَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً عَلَيْهَا خَمِيصَةٌ فِيهَا صُلُبٌ , فَقَالَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ " انْزَعِي هَذَا مِنْ ثَوْبِكِ , فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَآهُ فِي ثَوْبٍ قَضَبَهُ " .
Umm Abdur Rahman says that we were performing Tawaf with Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) when Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) saw a woman wearing a cloak with a picture of a cross on it. She said to her, "Take it off, take it off, because whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw such a thing, he would remove it."
