حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ , عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ هَذِهِ الصُّوَرِ يُعَذَّبُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ , وَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ أَحْيُوا مَا خَلَقْتُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Those who make pictures will be subjected to punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, "Give life to what you have created."
