حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
أَفْلَحُ , عَنْ
الْقَاسِمِ , عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ , قَالَتْ :
" وَقَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ نَامَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ , ثُمَّ اغْتَسَلَ وَصَامَ يَوْمَه " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) spent the night in seclusion with one of his wives and slept while in a state requiring ghusl (ritual bath). When morning came, he performed ghusl and kept the fast for that day.
