حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو , وَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِي يَعْنِي ابْنَ ْمُبَارَكٍ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثيرٍ , عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ بَكْرٍ أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى مَا يُرِيبُهَا بَعْدَ الطُّهْر ؟ قَال : " إِنَّمَا هُوَ عِرْقٌ أَوْ قَالَ : عُرُوقٌٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the woman "who, after attaining purity from her menstrual period, sees something that puts her in doubt," that this is blood from a vein.
