حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحِبُّ التَّيَامُنَ فِي طُهُورِهِ وَنَعْلِهِ وَفِي تَرَجُّلِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) liked to start with the right side as much as possible in performing ablution, combing his hair, and putting on his shoes.
