Ibn Tawoos says that his father used to say a few words in the second Tashahhud of the Isha prayer and gave them great importance, and those words were: "I seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of Hell, from the evil of the False Messiah (Dajjal), from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in Allah from the trials of life and death." And he used to narrate these words from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
