حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " لَمْ يَدَعْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ " . قَالَتْ : وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَلَا تَتَحَرَّوْا طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ ، وَلَا غُرُوبَهَا ، فَتُصَلُّوا عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never omitted the two rak'ahs after Fajr. It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Do not perform prayer at the time of sunrise and sunset with special attention to these times.
