حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ زِرٍّ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا تَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِينَارًا وَلَا دِرْهَمًا ، وَلَا شَاةً وَلَا بَعِيرًا " . قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : عُلِمْنَ ، وَأَشُكُّ فِي الْعَبْدِ وَالْأَمَةِ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not leave behind any dinar, any dirham, any goat or camel in his inheritance, nor did he make any bequest of anything.
