حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ شَرْطٍ لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، فَهُوَ مَرْدُودٌ ، وَإِنْ اشْتَرَطُوا مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every condition that is not found in the Book of Allah will be unacceptable, even if it is stipulated a hundred times.
