حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : كُنْتُ أَنَامُ مُعْتَرِضَةً بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي ، فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُوتِرَ ، غَمَزَنِي بِرِجْلِهِ ، فَقَالَ : " تَنَحَّيْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray at night, I would be lying in front of him, and when he wanted to pray Witr, he would pinch my feet and instruct me to move back.
