حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدَيَّ ، ثُمَّ يُقَلِّدُهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ ، ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُ بِهَا مَعَ أَبِي ، فَلَا يَدَعُ شَيْئًا أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُ حَتَّى يَنْحَرَ الْهَدْيَ " . .
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I used to braid the garlands for the sacrificial animals of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with my own hands, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would tie his own garland with his hand, then he would send it with my father, and would not leave anything lawful (halal) until the sacrificial animal was slaughtered. Umm al-Mu'mineen Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If your people were not close to the time of ignorance (Jahiliyyah)... then the narrator mentioned the entire hadith.
