Hadith 25416

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَمْروِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا حَائِضًا أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ ، ثُمَّ تَدْخُلَ مَعَهُ فِي لِحَافِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me, I would tie my lower garment even though I was menstruating, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would place his body against mine.
