حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ ، قَالَتْ : سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ الْغُسْلِ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ ؟ فَقَالَتْ : " إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ ، قَدْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ ، يَبْدَأُ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ghusl of janabah from the same vessel of water, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to wash his hands first.
