حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنِ النَّخَعِيِّ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ ، فَنَفْتِلُ لَهَا قَلَائِدَهَا ، ثُمَّ لَا يُمْسِكُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِمَّا يُمْسِكُ عَنْهُ الْمُحْرِمُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send sacrificial animals (hadi) to Makkah Mukarramah, and I used to braid the collars for the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) sacrificial animals. After that, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would not refrain from anything (from which a person in the state of ihram refrains).
