The details of the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) ritual bath after major impurity are narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) as follows: The Prophet (peace be upon him) would first wash both his hands, then pour water from his right hand onto his left hand and wash it thoroughly, wash his private parts, then rub his hand on the wall and wash it, then perform ablution, and then pour water over the rest of his body.
