حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ ، قَالَا : أَخبرنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " مَا كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ بِأَشَدَّ مُعَاهَدَةً مِنْهُ عَلَى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ أَمَامَ الصُّبْحِ " ، سَمِعْتُ هَذَا مِنْ عَطَاءٍ مِرَارًا.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was not as regular in any voluntary prayer as he was in the two rak'ahs before Fajr.
