حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا أَلْفِيتُهُ بِالسَّحَرِ الْآخِرِ إِلَّا نَائِمًا عِنْدِي " . تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I always found the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sleeping beside me at the time of suhoor (pre-dawn meal).
