حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا ، فَقَالَ : " لَوْلَا أَنْ تَبْطَرَ قُرَيْشٌ لَأَخْبَرْتُهَا بِمَا لَهَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to her and said: "If I did not fear that the Quraysh would fall into pride and arrogance, I would have told them what their status and rank is with Allah."
