حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " لَقَدْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَإِنَّا لَجُنُبَانِ ، وَلَكِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يَجْنُبُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I and the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to perform ghusl of janabah from the same vessel of water. We become impure (junub), but the water does not become impure.
