حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا : " هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكِ السَّلَامَ " فَقَالَتْ : وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ ، تَرَى مَا لَا نَرَى .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once said to me that Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) is conveying greetings of peace to you. She replied: "And peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon him." O Messenger of Allah! You can see what we cannot see.
