Hadith 25066

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when it was said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that a certain person is ill and is not eating anything, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say, "Take porridge (even though it may not be pleasing to the taste, it is very beneficial)." And if anyone among the family of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fell ill, the pot would remain on the stove until one of two things happened: either recovery or death.
